What is Net Vantage?+
Net Vantage is a Shopify app for merchants on standard Shopify plans who sell on terms and need B2B credit controls that are not built in. It brings customer balances, credit limits, due dates, and overdue invoices into one place so teams can see what is outstanding without piecing reports together by hand.
Who is Net Vantage for?+
It is built for wholesale and B2B teams on Shopify non-Plus plans, especially stores offering payment terms instead of collecting everything upfront. If you are extending credit and need a clearer picture of customer risk without moving to Shopify Plus, this is the job it is built for.
Do I need Shopify Plus to use Net Vantage?+
No. Net Vantage is made for merchants on standard Shopify plans who still need B2B credit management. If Shopify Plus is out of scope, Net Vantage gives you practical tools for credit limits, payment terms tracking, aging visibility, and draft-order credit checks inside the Shopify workflow you already use.
How does Net Vantage help with B2B credit management?+
It lets you set a shop-wide default credit limit, override limits for specific customers, and quickly spot accounts that are overdue, over limit, due soon, or in good standing. The customer detail view also shows available credit, utilization, and the orders driving each balance.
Does Net Vantage work with Shopify draft orders?+
Yes. Net Vantage includes a draft-order credit check in Shopify admin. When a rep is building a draft order with payment terms, it can surface overdue invoices, show the customer’s current balance and credit limit, and warn when the new draft would push that account over the limit.
What does the aging report show?+
The aging report breaks unpaid balances into current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, and 90+ day buckets. It also shows total outstanding balance and the oldest overdue invoice for each customer, and the report can be exported as a CSV for subscribed stores.
How does the data stay up to date?+
Most updates come in through Shopify webhooks as orders are created, updated, paid, canceled, or deleted. There is also a daily reconciliation setting to catch anything missed, plus a manual sync option when a team wants a fresh pull sooner.
Is there a free trial?+
There is no free plan, but Net Vantage offers a free trial so you can explore credit limits, aging reports, and draft-order warnings before committing to a paid tier.
